Returns & Exchanges
The More Store return policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require your order number or packing slip as proof of purchase. To initiate a return please contact MoreStore@Southcoast.org.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please note that we are not responsible for any returned item(s) lost or stolen while in transit to us. We recommend all returned items be sent by a service that includes tracking. If you are shipping a high value item, we suggest purchasing shipping insurance. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
In some cases a refund may be delayed from posting to your account by your financial institution. If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit/debit card statement again. Then contact your financial institution. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at MoreStore@Southcoast.org.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at MoreStore@Southcoast.org and send your item to our address listed above.
