Where can I have my order shipped?
Anywhere in the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US Military/Diplomatic addresses around the world. Please send personal orders to your home address.
How will my order ship?
When you initiate checkout and enter your address, all available options will appear. Please note that only USPS will deliver to a PO Box.
How long until my order ships?
Orders of in stock merchandise will ship M-F generally within 1-2 days. Most orders ship in less than 24 hours.
What if I need to make a return or exchange?
Just email us at MoreStoreCustomerService@grossmanmarketing.com and let us know the situation. We will reply with the instructions to take care of your unique request quickly.
I want to return my order. Can I return it in-person?
We do not accept in-person returns. Drop us a line at MoreStoreCustomerService@grossmanmarketing.com and we will respond with instructions.
I really wish you had an item in a different color, how do I let you know?
